Goldenpine Realty and Development Inc. (GRDI) was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in March 24, 2011 by Mr. Virgilio “Ver” C. Bucat to engage into the property business including housing and subdivision development. It aims to become a significant property developer in the country offering quality homes and communities and providing honest and trustworthy service to its buyers or stakeholders.
Ver’s primary business, Sagada Construction and Development Corp. has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years having vast experience in land development such as road construction, landscaping and building slope protection systems in various areas. It has engaged throughout the years with some of the country’s top property developers such as Landco Pacific Corporation, Cathay Land Inc. and Suntrust Properties Inc. (an affiliate company of Megaword Properties).

FIRST GRDI PROJECT - Amaresa
In 2011, GRDI co-developed its first successful affordable housing subdivision in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan called Amaresa. Amaresa is a 5.5 ha. Modern Asian inspired community composed of approximately 260 units, a mix of open lots and house and lots. To date and in less than 3 years in operation, Amaresa has already sold close to 90% of its total inventory whereas roads and utilities are already in place. House construction in Amaresa is presently in full swing with more than 20 units has been constructed already.
